This page contains links to all the relevent questionnaires for feedback on the trials.
To aid in both the network assessment and usability evaluation of the online demonstrators at most two questionnaires will need to be completed after each meeting. One of these will provide basic factual information which will be of use when the networking deliverable is written. The other concerns the usability tasks which have been undertaken. A seperate usability questionnaire will be produced for each task. The technical information questionnaire will remain constant throughout the trials.
For each trial we would like to know about the setup used at each site. This information may or may not prove useful in the end analysis, but it will only take you two minutes to fill out the form now while the information is still fresh in your mind. Please do this now.
