You have requested accommodation in Dalton-Ellis Hall for CVE'98. As
Dalton-Ellis is a hall of residence rather than a hotel, they cannot handle
arrivals outside working hours.
We have arranged with Dalton-Ellis Hall that we will deal with later
arrivals, but we need to know their names and expected times of arrival so
that we can pick up their keys for them and be available when they arrive.
If you are intending to arrive after 5:00pm, please send us your name and
expected time of arrival by Wednesday, 10th June. If we do not receive
this information from you by then, we will assume that you are not arriving
late.
