Kai's paper is now available on the web as:
http://www.crg.cs.nott.ac.uk/crg/Projects/CoTech/papers/kai-embod.ps

Kai also sent me a picture of the aftermath of the EITC event, in which
DIVE was demoed continuously for 2 days and sizeable "embodiment graveyard"
was produced. This is available as:
http://www.crg.cs.nott.ac.uk/~dns/vr/cve/images/eitc-dive-corpses.jpg

I've added a new section in the CVE web page for images from CVEs. If
anyone has some interesting images showing CVE's in operation - mail me the
images (or their URLs) and I'll add them to the page.

cheers
Dave
